How much is shipping? Free US shipping on orders $30+. Orders under $30 ship for a flat $4.95. International orders ship at a $9.95 flat rate.

How fast will my order arrive? Our launch products ship from US warehouses. Most US orders arrive in 3–8 business days after processing.

Do you ship internationally? Yes — international delivery typically takes 10–20 business days.

What is your return policy? We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged? Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.

Products

What do you sell? Dog car travel gear only — a waterproof back-seat cover and a booster for small dogs up to 25 lbs. We are not a general pet store.

Will the car seat cover fit my vehicle? Our covers fit most cars, SUVs, and trucks with adjustable straps and seat-belt openings. Check each product page for specific dimensions.
